Carillion is a two-story row house located in the vibrant area of Lekki, Lagos State. This
exclusive residential complex
features four luxurious apartments, each thoughtfully designed with four spacious bedrooms, all
with en-suite bathrooms.
These apartments are available for rent, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.
One of the discerning occupants entrusted us with the task of designing the interior of his
apartment before moving in.
Our goal was to create a personalized, stylish living space that reflects his unique tastes and
enhances his lifestyle.
To ensure the success of this project, our team conducted a comprehensive site visit, taking detailed measurements and sketches of the building's interior. This vital information enabled our design team to craft an accurate and functional interior design for the apartment.
Our architects meticulously modeled the building using Revit, creating a detailed 3D representation based on the site data. This model served as the foundation for our design team, who utilized tools like Revit and Blender to develop the interior design.

After receiving the client's approval, we seamlessly transitioned into the implementation phase of the project. We enlisted a team of skilled craftsmen and workmen to meticulously fabricate and install fixtures and furniture in alignment with our designs. Every detail was executed with precision, transforming our vision into a stunning, tangible reality.
